I've been wandering around the training centre all day. I don't really know what to do... I just know that I am going to die, sooner or later. I accepted that from the moment I got reaped. I should be enjoying my last days alive, not pretending like I have any chances around this stupid place...

I've been praticing a little bit with the scythe, even though I am terrible at it. I decide to just sit down somewhere, letting out a big sigh.

This is awful and so lonely. I didn't have the chance to say goodbye. I don't know how things are back at home. Is Kieffer ok? Is Ray taking care of him properly? Is he taking care of himself? How is Wine? Last time he had someone he knew in the games he got broken... How are my other brothers? I miss them all so bad...

Everyone here seems so prepared to acept the arena and the consequences... But I can't my family may be crushed after this... what will they do if I can't come back...

I can't focus on anything in this center, there is no kind smiles here, nor any familiar face... I just sit on the ground and wait the time to pass..

I spot a girl sitting across the training centre. She was so... simple, yet beautiful. She didn't look mean and sadistic like the other Tributes at all. I wanted to get up and sit next to her, but this is not a place to make friends. I don't even know how to make them... I shake my head, embarrassed by my own thoughts. God, now the girl was looking at me. I let out a timid smile, looking away imediatly. Funny as I screw even the simplest things up.

I raise my head to look around as I feel watched. Ulrich? I ask to my self. But it can't be... And it isn't. That guy...his posture reminds me of my brother..so much... that posture... that shyness...I let out a grin. His clothes tell me he is from Twelve. He keeps glaring at me until he notices I'm watching him.

One thing is obvious here, neither of the two belong here, we are the easy cornucpia deaths.. I smile at his direction, maybe he comes talk to me.

She is laughing. Oh God, she is laughing at me. Or was that a grin? Same effect. God, I ruin everything. I try to look away for a while, but something makes me look back at her. God, she's beautiful. And she's smiling at me...? What am I supposed to do now? Maybe she only wants to make me a easy pray... could it be? I have no courage to talk to her anyway.

I finally look back at her, taking a time to appreciate how beautiful she was. I end up looking away right after, though.
